Authorship appears to work on only one page?

Authorship appears to work on only one page?

I am trying to get Google Authorship to work on my website... Specifically
the homepage, but if it also works on other pages then that is fine...
For some reason it appears to work on a single blog page but not on the
homepage or some of the other pages and I cannot see why???
If you google "alan brandt photography" you will see what I mean...

Can anyone tell me how I get this to work on the homepage and other pages?
Authorship is all setup according to the various guides I have read???
