preg_replace for some characters in PHP

preg_replace for some characters in PHP

How to use preg_replaceij in php to replace comma, space, hyphen to
underscore.
(i.e) http://test.com/test-one,two three to
http://test.com/test_one_two_three
I am very weak in reg_exp
